Here, you’ll find a simple, step-by-step guide on how to package and post your flowers for preservation so they arrive in the best condition possible.
We recommend carefully wrapping your blooms in tissue, keeping stems trimmed, and securing them in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Whether you are sending a wedding bouquet, bridesmaid flowers, buttonholes, or anniversary blooms, our instructions ensure your flowers are protected on their journey.

How to Prepare Your Flowers
Step One
Carefully cut all the stems at an angle.
Step Two
Use some paper towels and dampen them with water and wrap around the stems.
Step Three
Wrap foil around the stems in the damp paper towel. This is to hold the moisture.
Step Four
Now that the stems have moisture for travelling, Place the stems in a food / zip lock bag.
Step Five
Cellotape the top of the bag to ensure no excess water can travel up the flowers
Step Six
In your box, use scrunched up newspaper or tissue paper to create padding.
Step Seven
Place your flowers in the centre of the box and add more scrunched up newspaper around the edges to keep your flowers secure.
Step Eight
On the first note, write your Name, Order Number and Telephone Number and place this inside the box.
Step Nine
Write another note saying “Fragile, Fresh Flowers, This Way Up” and stick this on the outside of your box.
Step Ten
Take your flowers to the post office and ask for guaranteed next day delivery to post your flowers.
