• Measure 10 ml of breast milk. If you are sending milk which has previously been frozen please maksure it has fully defrosted before posting, and transfer into a clean bag.
  • Place the measured milk in a dedicated breast milk storage bag.
  • Seal the milk bag tightly by rolling it down and using cellotape to secure it shut. Make sure there are no leaks.
  • Double-bag the milk bag by placing it inside another secure bag for added protection during postage.
  • Write a note that includes your name, telephone number, and order number. Do NOT write on the milk bags themselves.
  • Place the note inside yet another food-grade bag along with the milk bags and seal it shut to ensure it stays clean and dry.
  • Place the sealed bag with the note and the double-bagged breast milk in a padded envelope.
  • Address the envelope to Sals Forever Flowers, 14 Severn Drive, Dothill, Telford, TF1 3LQ.
  • Securely seal the padded envelope and post it according to your preferred postal service.
