Have You Been Affected By the Magenta Flowers Closure?
We are being approached by many customers who have unfortunately been affected by the Magenta Flowers Closure. Firstly we would like to apologise that you have been left in this situation. It is very unfortunate for you all. We understand that you will be upset and find it hard to trust another resin specialist, this is only natural.
A lot of you have been left not knowing if you will be able to retrieve your flowers or not. A process is in place and many of you have been reunited with your flowers. You can contact the team at Engine House who are extremely helpful and working hard to try and send flowers back to their rightful owners.
There is a Facebook page which has been created to help, called Magenta Flowers Customers. We recommend joining the Facebook page as there are hundreds of customers in the same situation assisting each other.
What are We Doing to Help Magenta Flowers Customers?
We have been approached by several customers who have retrieved their flowers to have them preserved. We are prioritising all Magenta Customer orders as we understand you have already been waiting a considerable amount of time. We can prioritise these as the flowers are arriving already dried.
Some flowers still need a few days in drying agents as they have started to trap moisture from the journey which we will take care of. The staff at Engine House have sent many flowers directly to us as requested by the customers, so this is also an option.
Our current turnaround for Magenta Customers is approximately 6-8 weeks. We will keep you updated at each step of the way. We can replicate a lot of the original orders should you wish to do this.
The process is very simple if you would like us to preserve your flowers.
- Order your items via the website as normal.
- Post your flowers to us, this can be in the tray the same way they arrived to you or ask Engine House to do this for you to save you time and money.
- We will let you know when your flowers arrive and keep you posted.
