1. I don’t live locally; Can I really post my flowers to you?
A lot of customers will ring me and ask ‘can I really post my flowers?’, ‘Will they be safe?’, ‘Will they rot?’ I can assure you that this is the most common of all questions.
You’re not alone when it comes to feeling anxious about posting flowers for your wedding flower preservation or funeral flower preservation. After all, these are super significant events in your life.
As long as the flowers are packaged well following our instructions, your flowers will be completely fine. The flowers will and do last until they arrive to us.
We recommend using next day delivery, which will ensure your flowers arrive before 1pm the next day via royal mail. We have been using this method since we started, and it is a trusted way of getting your precious flowers over to us.
2. We’re going on our honeymoon the next day, how shall I get the flowers to you?

If you’re going on your honeymoon the day after the wedding, you don’t want to have to worry about your flowers. Why not rope in some of the team to help out? You can ask your mum, your maid of honour, bridesmaids or a friend to help deliver them to us.
We often have our brides leaving their flowers with someone they can trust to post or deliver the flowers and 9 times out of 10 you may even get an extra gift or contribution towards your wedding flower preservation from them.
3. How can I get the best results from the preservation?

There are a few things you can do to help keep your flowers as fresh-looking as possible before I receive them, which will help achieve the best preservation results.
We recommend asking your florist for extra fresh flowers to last through their journey. We would also advise you to try avoiding putting your flowers down on their side for too long throughout the day as this can cause the petals to bruise, which would affect the wedding flower preservation.
Ask a member of the bridal party to hold onto them for you or ask a waiter to get you a glass of water for you to pop your bouquet in. Try to keep them out of the sunlight the best you can and store them in a cool place indoors.
Additionally, do NOT put your flowers in a fridge or freezer, this is the worst thing you can do. If flowers have been in a freezer, we are unable to preserve them for you. After your big day, try to get the flowers to me as soon as you possibly can so I can start working with them whilst they are still fresh.
4. Do I have to dry my own flowers?
Absolutely not. We will take care of the entire process. You can send us flowers that you may have already dried yourself to be preserved. However, it is not necessary for you to dry your own flowers before sending them to us.
We use special techniques for wedding flower preservation, so we’re able to keep as much colour and form as possible. Our goal is to help keep the dry flowers looking as good as they did on your wedding day.
5. My event was a few days ago have I left it too late?
The answer to this is simply no, not at all. We can accept flowers sometimes up to two weeks old depending on the condition of the flowers and how they have been kept.
That being said, it is best to deliver your flowers to us as soon as possible so we can start the preservation process for you and keep the flowers whilst they are in good condition. We do recommend booking in advance. However, if we have limited availability, we will squeeze you in where possible.
6. I want to have my flowers preserved but not sure I can afford it
This is a worry many brides have. We are very considerate of those of you with strict budgets as we know planning a wedding is an expensive game. However, we believe we have something in our product range for everyone. Our flower preservation services start from as little as £30.
We also have the option of paying in instalments which means you can spread the cost and shop to your hearts content. Feel free to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with competitions we run and any special offers we have.
